Conversion Project “Haus S” in Innsbruck

Our new conversion project “Haus S” in Innsbruck focuses on the comprehensive modernisation of an existing building in an attractive residential location. The emphasis is on combining modern living comfort with sustainable construction.

The façade is being energetically optimised and visually upgraded, while inside, intelligent adjustments to the floor plans create flexible, contemporary living solutions. Modern technologies such as photovoltaic systems and energy-efficient windows ensure sustainable use.

At the same time, the regional character of the building is preserved through the careful integration of traditional elements. The project team has begun construction work to transform the building into a modern and inviting living environment. Completion is planned for the middle of next year.
