Außerlipperhof, Kalkstein

At the Außerlipperhof in Kalkstein, construction is visibly progressing. The shell is largely complete and already reveals the spatial quality of the project.

The central living space opens onto the Alpine landscape through generous glazing, bringing the farmstead’s special setting directly into the interior. The clear roof structure and the exposed timber construction define the space and create a warm, calm atmosphere.

At the same time, the fit-out works are under way: services are being routed, building components refined and the next layers prepared. The quality of the craftsmanship and the logic of the timber construction can already be read.

Step by step, the Außerlipperhof is developing into a place that combines tradition and contemporary living – anchored in its setting, open to the landscape.

Further insights will follow as the construction site progresses.
